Suspect in custody after Bristol, VA stabbing

A suspect is in custody after an alleged stabbing at Cumberland Square Park in Bristol, Virginia on Thursday. Captain Maynard Ratliff said they responded to a call around 4:30 p.m. The victim had a stab wound in the chest. Police said that witnesses pointed out Jessica Burker as the suspect, she was taken into custody and charged with aggravated malicious wounding. Police said the victim is in stable condition.
