Unicoi County Long Term Recovery Group to hold expos for Helene victims

The Unicoi County Long-Term Recovery Group is hosting two Recovery Resource Expos in May to help connect Hurricane Helene flood victims with resources. The events will be open to the public WITH booths set up to meet representatives from organizations that provide resources and support in Unicoi County. The first event will be held May 1 from 4p.m.-7 p.m. At Love Chapel Christian Church on Love Station Road in Erwin. The second expo will be May 13 from 4p.m.-7p.m. At the Unicoi County EMA/Armory on South Main Avenue, in Erwin. The group said area partners or groups interested in helping local flood victims can contact them at unicoicountyltrg@gmail.com.
