PODS list has 4 TN cities inside the top 20 for “move ins”

Moving and storage company PODS has released its list of the cities that gained the most residents between January 2024 and March 2025, which shows Tennessee continues to see an influx of new residents. PODS’ data ranked Knoxville at No. 8 on the list of cities with highest number of move-ins. Nashville followed in 9th place. Chattanooga ranked 11th and Johnson City was ranked 14th on the list.
