New mobile health units will serve SWVA

The Mount Rogers Health District, Mount Rogers Community Services, and Highlands Community Services hosted a ribbon cutting for their new mobile health units on Wednesday in Marion. The new units over $300,000 each and were made possible through an Opioid Abatement Authority Grant. The units will serve Bland, Grayson, Carroll, Smyth and Wythe counties along with the city of Galax and is free. Both new health units will be in full operation by July 1st.
