2 fatalities, 3 injured in Bluff City crash on 11E

2 people are dead and 3 people, including two juveniles, were injured in a crash in Bluff City. The crash happened just after 10 Tuesday night near Rock Lane. The THP report says a 2005 Honda Element was traveling East in the Westbound lanes when the Honda hit a 2021 Kia Sorento traveling in the westbound lanes in an “off-set head-on style collision”. The driver and three passengers, including two juveniles, in the Kia were injured. The Southbound lanes were closed for several hours for crash investigation and clean up and the investigation continues.
