Georgia man faces 40 counts of indecent liberties after traveling to meet up with girl

A 35-year-old Louisville, Georgia man is put in jail after police said he showed up in Washington County, Virginia to meet an underage girl.

William Phillip Stevens is charged with 40 counts of taking indecent liberties with children and one count of attempted abduction and kidnapping.

Stevens was taken into custody without incident at a secluded area and is being held without bond.
