TBI: Undercover operation at two Johnson City businesses nets four arrests

A TBI statement said a citizen complaint to the state’s Human Trafficking Hotline about possible illegal activity at two Johnson City businesses resulted in the arrest of four women.

The report said an undercover operation took place at Mi Mi’s Foot Massage at Princeton Road and Aroma Therapy Spa on Broyles Drive.

Hanmei Zhao, 56, Chunhua Wang, 45, Tang Yingping, 62 and Manmei Wang, 56, are all charged with one count impersonation of a licensed professional and prostitution. State agents said the investigation remains active and ongoing.
