Tusculum University announces completion of replacement bridge

Tusculum University has announced it completed a new bridge that leads to its Nature Trail after the trail’s old bridge was damaged during Hurricane Helene. Tusculum officials said the school received a state grant of approximately $30,000 that allowed the university to replace its former bridge with a new, larger bridge that features enhanced accessibility. The trail was closed for almost 3 weeks before a temporary bridge was installed after Helene to gain trail access.
