Portion of Sullivan Gardens Parkway to close this weekend

Part of State Route 93, Sullivan Gardens Parkway in Sullivan County, will temporarily close this weekend due to construction. Beginning at 6 p.m. Friday, State Route 93 will close in both directions between Murrell Lane and Lone Star Road as crews install a new culvert crossing. Detour signs will be placed to direct drivers around the work zone. Local traffic will still be able to access Derby Drive. Work is expected to be complete by 6 a.m. Sunday.
