JC overnight maintenance to close portion of Buffalo St.

Johnson City Water and Sewer Services will perform water line maintenance resulting in southbound lane closures on Buffalo Street between West Main Street and West State of Franklin Road beginning Thursday, September 11 at 11 p.m. until Friday, September 12 at 7 a.m. The lanes will reopen once all necessary work is completed. Motorists are asked to watch posted signage and to avoid the construction area. Drivers who cannot avoid the area should expect delays.
