Kingsport foster parent arrested in FL after child porn found on device

A Kingsport man, returning from a cruise with his family was arrested in Florida after authorities found child pornography on his phone. 48 year old, Jason Alan Miller, was arrested and charged with transportation of child pornography and possession of child pornography. Miller admitted to knowing that there was child pornography on his device. Miller was reportedly traveling with his pregnant wife and eight children, aged five through 12, seven of whom were adopted by Miller and had previously been foster children in the Miller household. The affidavit states that Miller had fostered around 20 children at his home over the past seven years.
