Former Honaker football coach charged with child solicitation

The Russell County Sheriff’s Office arrested a former Honaker football coach Friday and has charged him with child solicitation. Todd Tiller was previously charged last year with DWI, vandalism, and simple assault. Tiller is being held in the Southwest Virginia Regional Jail without bond. His court date is pending, and the investigation is ongoing.
