Unicoi County Apple Festival returns to Erwin this weekend

After Hurricane Helene canceled last years event, the Unicoi County Apple Festival will return to Erwin this Friday and Saturday. The event was cancelled six days before it was supposed to kick off when Hurricane Helene brought catastrophic flooding through Northeast Tennessee. The festival will take place on Friday and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., and will feature over 420 food and craft vendors. There will also be an additional entertainment stage added and an expanded children’s area, along with plenty of contests and activities.
