Greeneville to use consulting agency for city manager search

Greeneville city leaders selected a consulting agency Tuesday to assist them in their search for the next city manager. During the council’s meeting, council members heard from the Municipal Technical Advisory Service, a state-funded organization that helps municipalities through consulting, on what a search would look like. City leaders decided to use the organization to start the search, but there is currently no timeline for the city manager hiring process.
