One person killed after being hit by train in Marion

One person had died after being struck by a train in Marion Thursday morning. Marion Police Chief Kevin Testerman reported that a man was walking south on the train tracks near the train station on North Main Street just after 8 a.m. when the accident happened. An investigation is now underway.
