New York real estate company new owner of The Mall at Johnson City
The Spinoso Real Estate Group based in New York state are now the owners of The Mall at Johnson City that Spinoso called the only thriving enclosed shopping center within 100 miles.
The mall’s departing ownership, Washington Prime Group, is four years removed from declaring bankruptcy.
A Spinoso press release said they plan to invest in improvements at the structure that covers more than 544,000 square feet and listed growth in Johnson City, attractive salaries from surrounding companies and a retail base of two states as the strengths of the facility.
