U.S. Endodontics in JC files WARN notice for permanent layoffs

Seventy workers at a Johnson City company will be affected by a permanent layoff at the end of February, according to a WARN Notice filed with the Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development. U.S. Endodontics, LLC, notified the Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development of the upcoming layoff on December 30, 2025. 70 workers will be affected by the layoff that will go into effect February 27, 2026. U.S. Endodontics is located on West Walnut Street in Johnson City.
