Greeneville man charged with 2 counts of statutory rape

A Greeneville man has been charged with two counts of statutory rape. Monday, a grand jury indicted Edward Christman on two counts of statutory rape by an authority figure. Christman was found at a business in Greeneville Tuesday morning, taken into custody and transported to the Greene County Detention Center.
