Wanted KY fugitive arrested Friday in Buchanan County
A wanted fugitive out of Kentucky was arrested in the Hurley section of Buchanan County on Friday. The Buchanan County Sheriff’s Office says that the Sheriff’s Office and United States Marshals Service arrested 50-year-old Marty Hurley in the parking lot of NAPA Auto Parts in Hurley. Hurley was wanted in Kentucky on one count of Arson, two counts of Kidnapping of an Adult, three counts of Attempted Murder, and one count of Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument. Hurley was taken into custody and is being held in Buchanan County pending extradition proceedings.
