Washington County case involves imprisonment and using a vehicle as a weapon

A man holding two people against their will then runs from police is charged with two counts of aggravated assault and false imprisonment.

A county report said Charles Cross, 63, also attempted to reverse into the victims’ vehicle to cause injury. Cross left before officers arrived but came back to the Huffman Hollow Road residence and was arrested without incident.
