WCSO TN: Gray man arrested and charged with assault and resisting

Washington County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 36 year-old Daniel Harbert of Gray on March 16 and charged him with Aggravated Domestic Assault and Resisting Arrest. Deputies responded to a Domestic Assault in the 1000 block of Glen Abbey Way shortly before 10 p.m. Sunday night after a neighbor called 911 about a disturbance. Deputies met the victim near the entrance to the subdivision and she had injuries on her face, lip, wrist and a bruise on her chest from the altercation. Harbert had attempted to hold her down by placing his knee on her neck, which made her fear for her life and Harbert had fled the area. Deputies located Harbert shortly after 11 a.m. Monday at the residence where he resisted arrest. Deputies transported him to the Washington County Detention Center.
