Eyewitness: Alleged DUI driver seen weaving in traffic before head-on crash

Eyewitnesses told Washington County, Tennessee investigators that a driver was weaving in and out of traffic before ignoring a stop sign and crashing into another vehicle head-on.

Cody Lowell Clark, 29, was arrested after the crash on South Pickens Bridge Road and charged with DUI second offense, driving left of center, reckless endangerment, stop sign violation and carrying a weapon while intoxicated. The wreck occurred just after 5:30 pm on Tuesday.

Two crash victims in the other vehicle were taken to an area hospital for treatment. Clark was released from jail after posting a $30,000 bond. He was scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday.
