Telford man charged with kidnapping and domestic assault

Police are investigating a domestic violence case where the victim said she was assaulted through the course of the night inside a camper in Telford.

A county report identified the suspect as Thomas Robert Scott, Jr., 33, who reportedly kept the female victim from leaving the unit on Browning Road.

Investigators said they received a call from the victim for help around 4 pm Wednesday. Deputies then arrived and placed Scott under arrest then charged him with one count of kidnapping and aggravated domestic assault.

Scott is being held without bond in the Washington County Detention Center without bond, according to the report.
