Madison Warner, daughter of Virginia Senator Mark Warner, dead at 36
US Senator Mark Warner of Virginia and wife Lisa Collis are mourning the loss of their daughter Madison, announcing in a joint statement that her death was a result of complications from diabetes at the age of 36.

Ninth District Congressman Morgan Griffith was among the first to post condolences online, stating he stands with Virginia’s communities hoping God’s blessings will comfort them.
The 71-year-old Warner announced in December his intentions to run for another term but it’s unclear if this development will have an impact on his plans.
