Road paving to cause lane closures in Johnson City

Road work in Johnson City will cause lane closures starting Monday. Johnson City Public Works will be working on a paving project on South Greenwood Drive from West State of Franklin Road to Colony Park Drive. During construction, lane closures will impact traffic daily between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Official say the project is estimated to take around 10 days. Drivers who can’t avoid the area should expect delays and use extra caution in the work zone.
