Bears to Bucs: New crossover agreement for students between Northeast State and ETSU

There was a ceremonial signing of a crossover agreement between East Tennessee State University and Northeast State Community College.

The new plan called Bears to Bucs gives Northeast students a clear path to continue pursuing their associate’s and bachelor’s degrees in Blountville and at ETSU with guaranteed admission.

ETSU President Brian Noland said the plan is an investment in the future by working with Northeast to remove barriers for students and create the next generation of leaders. The program will give Northeast students connections to university staff and resources, making their next step in education seamless by transferring credits and maintain areas of coursework.
