Historic $130 million gift made by Jimmy and Dee Haslam to University of Tennessee

Former Pilot Travel J CEO Jimmy Haslam and wife Dee made a historic $130 million donation to the University of Tennessee with a large percentage of those dollars earmarked for the school’s Haslam College of Business to help hire distinguished faculty and benefit scholarships for students.

The Haslams, who own teams in the three largest sporting leagues in the US, are both UT alumni and have gifted the school more than $195 million.
