Bristol Tennessee passes recreational substance shops rezoning ordinance on first reading The ordinance prohibits shops from opening within one thousand feet of a public library, church, hospital, school, park, playground or day care. The rezoning applies to any business whose sales are made up of at least 25 percent tobacco, nicotine, or THC products.
