Racks by the Tracks in Kingsport cancelled and will not return

Organizers for Kingsport’s Racks by the Tracks barbecue and beer festival have canceled the festival for 2026 and say it will not return in the future. Visit Kingsport said the festival will not take place this year as originally scheduled. The news comes six months after organizers announced the event would return to its original location near the railroad tracks on Main Street. The festival had been held at the Kingsport Farmers Market in recent years. The event was scheduled for October 10 and would have been it’s 18th year.
