Russell County authorities investigating fatal fire

Authorities are investigating a fatal fire that happened in Russell County Wednesday. Sheriff Bill Watson says the fire was in the Spring City community on Route 82. Multiple crews responded to the blaze with the Cleveland Fire Department being the first on the scene. A caller had reported seeing smoke coming from the structure. The name of the person killed in the fire has not been released.
