Former JC Federal prosecutor files new motion in lawsuit

In a new motion filed in her lawsuit against the Johnson City Police, former federal prosecutor Kat Dahl is citing allegations from a New Yorker article on Sean Williams. Dahl is asking the court to take “judicial notice” of specific claims in the article, which she says support her demand for additional evidence from former officers. Dahl alleges that the Johnson City Police ended her employment because she highlighted their failure to investigate Williams. Attorneys for Dahl are asking the judge to reopen discovery in the federal civil complaint that was filed in June 2022.
