SCSO respond to overturned tractor

Sullivan County authorities respond to a call of an overturned tractor, Sunday. The accident occurred in the 500 block of Hood Road West in Kingsport. According to Captain Andy Seabolt of the Sherriff’s Office, an induvial found a family member in an overturned tractor. A helicopter was called to transport the tractor operator. Seabolt says the operator was unconscious but breathing when transported to the hospital.
