ETSU and VHCC sign articulation agreements

East Tennessee State University and Virginia Highlands Community College have reached an agreement that will help make smoother transitions for students in the region. At a Monday meeting at ETSU, representatives from both institutions signed paperwork to start the process for students pursuing careers in ten different fields. The articulation agreements provide courses that can be taken at both institutions to satisfy degree requirements for either institution.
