WCSO TN arrests man for multiple charges including arson

The Washington County Tennessee Sheriff’s Office reports that a man was arrested in Jonesborough for allegedly setting the front yard of a Hillrise Drive home on fire and shooting a gun in a July 25 incident. 40 year old Danny Lee Greene was taken into custody and charged on July 31 with reckless endangerment, prohibited weapons and attempted aggravated arson following the incident. Victims said Greene fired five shots towards their residence, hitting a car and the home. Greene also had started a fire in the yard. Arrest warrants were issued for Greene, and he was taken into custody on Thursday.
