Pool at Natural Tunnel State Park to “hopefully” re-open in 2026

The swimming pool at Natural Tunnel State Park has been closed since the COVID-19 pandemic, will now see new renovations before hopefully reopening in 2026. Representatives from the Virginia Department of Conservation and Recreation and Virginia State Parks were at the park to reveal the new plans for the pool. Work on the renovation project will start in November and will include a new splash pad and accessibility upgrades.
