Truck accident on 11 E snarls morning commute

One person was charged after a crash involving a tractor-trailer on Highway 11 E in Washington County Thursday morning. The Tennessee Highway Patrol says a tractor-trailer was driving south on Highway 11 near Creasy Creek Road. A Ford F-450 tow truck reportedly failed to yield the right of way to the tractor-trailer resulting in the crash. Both drivers were uninjured and the driver of the tow truck was charged with failure to yield the right of way.
