Johnson City approves “Horizon 2045”

The Johnson City City Commission approved Horizon 2045 in a unanimous vote. Horizon 2045 sets the vision for what Johnson City will be like over the next 20 years. The plan provides strategies that city leaders can use to guide city growth and improvements. The project collected demographic surveys, and community and leadership input to put together a vision of what residents want Johnson City to become. The data collected included community conversations, census surveys, and commission meetings feedback.
