YMCA of Bristol reopens newly renovated pools

The YMCA of Bristol has reopened its recently renovated swimming pools. Those Renovations included installing a new lift chair, non-skid pool liners and decking, and doing a full paint job. A major change was converting the pool system from chlorine to salt, which will be less irritating on the skin, eyes and hair and will provide better breathing quality. The renovations were completed in just a few weeks with a cost of under $200,000. YMCA officials noted that the upgrades won’t cost members any additional money other than their basic rates.
