Piney Flats man arrested for attempted first-degree murder

A Piney Flats man faces multiple charges including attempted first-degree murder after a stabbing on Monday. The Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office reports that deputies responded to the 200 block of Piney Flats Road just after 10 p.m. and
located the stabbing suspect, identified as 20 year old James Dylan Murray. The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
