ETSU waives out of state application fee in October

East Tennessee State University has waived it’s application fees for out-of-state students interested in applying to ETSU during October. Prospective first-year and transfer students can use code OOSFreeApp26 when filling out the application to waive the $25 fee. The Code will be valid until October 31.
