THP: Vehicular homicide and DUI charges for man in Highway 421 accident

A man is charged with vehicular homicide, DUI, and other charges after a passenger fell out of his window on Highway 421. A car driven by Jacob Chambers was driving northbound on Highway 421 in Sullivan County. Police said that Fatima Guadalupe Valezuela-Flores was hanging out the passenger window when Chambers ran off the right side of the road, causing Valenzuela-Flores to fall out the window. Chambers is charged with vehicular homicide, DUI, driving on a suspended license, and reckless endangerment.
