TN Democratic gubernatorial candidate holds town hall in Jonesborough

Democratic gubernatorial candidate Jerri Green held a town hall at the Jonesborough Visitors Center Monday night to update supporters on her campaign and explain her platform. Green discussed multiple issues that affect Tennessee residents including the school voucher program, EBT/SNAP benefits, Medicare cuts and gun violence. Green said all sides of the political spectrum are looking for a change she believes she is the candidate that can deliver. Tennessee voters will elect a new governor next year.
