Washington County-Johnson City EMS mourns loss of team member

The Washington County-Johnson City EMS is mourning the loss of a rescue technician and advanced EMT. Officials said that Fred Kemp, an advanced EMT and rescue technician, died Wednesday in the line of duty, during a training exercise. Kemp reportedly had 28 years of service. Washington County/Johnson City EMS said that more information will be released in the future.
