Single vehicle crash reported in Carter County, 4 injured
The Tennessee Highway Patrol reported that two adults and two juveniles were injured in a single-vehicle crash on Saturday. The crash happened around 2:25 p.m. on State Route 91 in Carter County. A Jeep Cherokee was traveling south on State Route 91 when the driver became distracted by a passenger in the car. The vehicle left the right side of the road and hit a tree head-on. Four passengers were injured in the crash: a 30-year-old who was driving the vehicle, a 35-year-old who was the front-seat passenger, and two juveniles.
