Update: Reckless homicide suspect scheduled for court arraignment

A suspect in a suspicious death investigation in Bristol, Tennessee is set for arraignment this week in Sessions Court.

Noe De Jesus Puquir Martinez, 27, will appear before a judge on Wednesday morning at 9:30 and is charged with one count of reckless homicide in connection to the weekend incident near the 1400 block of East State Street.

A city police report said the TBI and Homeland Security are assisting in the investigation and an immigration detainer has been ordered for Martinez who is being held without bond.
