Bristol VA selects new city manager

The Bristol, Virginia City Council has selected a new city manager. The city announced Tuesday night that Tamrya Spradlin was appointed to the role. Spradlin’s appointment comes after former city manager Randall Eads left to serve in a new role in the Virginia attorney general’s office.
