VSP issues missing adult alert for Abingdon man

The Virginia State Police issued a critically missing adult alert for the Washington County region.

The report said the search was being conducted for 37-year-old Lee Allen Roark who was last seen on Sunday at 11 a.m. leaving his residence on Shirley Drive in Abingdon.

VSP reports the disappearance poses a credible threat to their health and safety as determined by investigators.

Roark is a white male standing 6 feet tall, weighing 170 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He was possibly wearing a dark blue or gray shirt, blue jeans and a blue baseball cap.
