Multiple charges filed after two-car crash in Telford
Washington County Sheriff Keith Sexton said a driver with a suspended license was behind the wheel of a two-vehicle crash, injuring the other operator.
Investigators also discovered 1.21 grams of meth inside their vehicle driven by 32-year-old Dustin Herd of Greensboro, NC while at the crash scene where the other driver’s car had flipped on its top.
Herd’s passenger, Destiny Call, 30, of Greeneville initially fabricated the story of the crash on Telford New Victory Road, saying she was behind the wheel and was charged with false reporting. Herd faces multiple drug and traffic violations.
