Bristol VA house fire claims 2 pets, no humans injured
The Bristol Virginia Fire Department said no humans were injured, but two pets died and one dog was revived after a house fire Friday morning. A social media post from the Bristol Virginia Professional Firefighters Association said that the fire happened at a home in the 400 block of Wallace Pike. Crews arriving on scene found smoke showing from the home. Crews didn’t find any human occupants when the home was searched, but did find a dog and a cat who had died and another dog was revived and returned to its owner. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
