Johnson City releases results of public survey on data centers

After hearing from about 6,000 Johnson City residents, the results of a public survey on data centers have been released. Around 86% of respondents were extremely concerned about the potential of a data center coming to Johnson city with the main concern being noise. The survey showed that residents are concerned about the proximity of potential data centers near residential areas. The full results of the survey is being posted to the city’s website.
